Lipa na M-PESA is a service that allows Merchants to accept payments for goods and services from their customers using M-PESA Buy Goods service. The buy goods functionality is available on the M-PESA Menu under "payment services."

By using the M-PESA payment services, business owners can accept payment of goods and services from their customers. They will also handle less cash and will therefore be less susceptible to risks associated with cash handling such as theft and fake currency.
