GENTL Mask

This is a protective face mask. The GENTL Mask is a flat-cut, three-layer design that utilizes industrial-grade filter materials capable of capturing particulates down to 1 micron, sealed between two layers of non-woven polypropylene. The mask conforms to the face, providing a comfortable and safe fit. Heat sealed edges force air through the filter and non-woven sheets, while a simple, single loop strap secures it in place. The GENTL mask is intended to be disposable after use.

As a result of a global shortage of approved protective face masks, EPAM Continuum created an alternative design that can be quickly and locally manufactured to fill the supply gap due to COVID-19. “This mask is not intended to provide equivalent protection to an N95 mask; a MERV 13 filter can be integrated to provide added protection.”
